If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy: Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to The Vegan Bar Located at Södra Skolgatan 45, SE. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. Service refers to the Website. Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://www.veganbar.se
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account.

You are eligible for a REFUND, CREDIT/GIFT CARD which are subject to the below terms:

Food items can’t be returned.
All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: Gift Cards and On Sale Items

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 14 days of your purchase.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us either by sending an email or using the our Customer Service Contact form:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not Sweden, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You are responsible for shipping and shipping costs when you initiate a return.

You will be updated for their Return Status through their EMAIL, provided that contact information is recorded to us.

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kontakt@veganbar.se. In order for the product to be eligible for Refund make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Product that are on sale or discounted is not eligible for Refund

EXCHANGE POLICY

We don’t accept Exchanges because of Wrong Size or Wrong Color so please check the Size Guide for each product and don’t hesitate contacting us if you have any question.

We have samples available for you to review at our physical location.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
