For on-demand items:
We only give refunds for wrong or damaged items.
If any of the conditions mentioned above apply, please reach out to us with photos of any damaged or incorrect items, and we will resolve the issue for you.
For other items:
We offer 14 days of Buyer’s Remorse.
Contact Us at Vegan Bar first to get your return approved, then you ship your order to us, keep in mind that you are responsible for shipping cost and the shipping itself when exercising your Buyer’s Remorse.
In the event of an approved return or Buyer’s Remorse, we make the refund in the same way as the original payment was made.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can only cancel or change your order if we have not already shipped it.
You can change your address by logging into your account or contacting us. If you have already made an order, please contact us directly to change your address.

We are offering payments thru PayPal and Payson.
With PayPal, you can pay with your PayPal balance, your bank account, or your bank card, no matter where you are in the world.
For our Swedish Customers, we have the option to choose to pay with Payson. They offer payments with internetbank, kortbetalning, Swish, delbetalning och faktura
Return Policy
We do not offer returns on made-on-demand products.

Exchanges are unavailable as all of our products are custom-made; therefore, a size exchange would require a new product to be produced. If you wish to get the item in a different size or color, please make a separate purchase. Incorrectly ordered sizes cannot be refunded. So make sure to contact us if you have any doubts about the sizing, before you order and we will help you out.
